Performing well in one area of your life at the expense of another area isn’t success. I work with my clients to help them achieve balance in the following 6 areas:
Together, we will build an action plan to achieve your goals. This action plan focuses on your self-defined weak areas and will drive the discussion for each of our subsequent virtual meetings as we work together to help you improve.
During each of our meetings, I will act as listener, questioner, and cheerleader as you report performance relative to your goals. As we identify strengths and weak areas, we will adjust your action plan to capitalize on the strong areas and improve the weak ones.
Over time, we repeat the process, calibrating the different aspects of your life to improve on: work, finances, relationships, physical health, mental health, and spiritual health.
Are coaching sessions in-person or over the phone?
Each session is conducted virtually via video conference call. This gives my clients the flexibility to meet on a busy schedule from wherever they are located.
Will we ever meet in person?
Meeting in person isn’t necessary, but if a client is interested they can talk to me about in-person meetings over the call. I am located near Salt Lake City, Utah.
How many sessions will we do?
The number of sessions varies depending on the client, but in general I meet with clients 3 times, usually every other week, to get things rolling, and then I start meeting with them less frequently, depending on their goals and needs.
My assessment calls come with no strings attached. Bring the goals most important to you, whether that be:
