To reach your goals, you need an organized system that will help you be accountable to the most important coach you can have: yourself.

Sign up to access your Weekly Game Plan dashboard to keep better track of your goals.

How to get started

  1. Visit
  2. Click the Sign Up button.
  3. Fill out your information, including a username, your email, and a memorable password.
  4. Click the Sign Up button again and you’ll be redirected to a screen to submit your subscription payment.
  5. After you submit your payment, you will be redirected to the dashboard.

Once you’re in the dashboard, you should do the following:

  1. On the lefthand side at the top, write out your life mission and purpose. (Learn more about writing a life purpose).
  2. On the lefthand side on the bottom, list out three yearly goals under each section.
  3. On the righthand side, create your weekly goals by putting in a description of the goal and the frequency of the goal.

After you’ve filled out the dashboard, make sure to visit it daily to review your progress on weekly and yearly goals. As you fulfill daily goals, check off the boxes to see your progress for that week.

When the week is over, click the Reset Goals button to start the week with the same goals, or click Clear All to start from scratch.
